By creating an account, accessing the platform, booking a court, joining an Open Play session, registering for a tournament, hosting an event, or using another PICKLE TA BAI service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

You must immediately notify PICKLE TA BAI if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

User Roles

The platform may provide different features for Players, Court Owners, Venue Staff, Hosts, Referees, Coaches, and Administrators.

Access to certain tools depends on your approved role and permissions.

Users must not attempt to access functions or information that are not authorized for their account.

Court Bookings

Court availability, schedules, prices, rules, cancellation terms, and venue policies may be provided by Court Owners or authorized venue representatives.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the required booking and payment conditions have been completed.

Users are responsible for reviewing the court, schedule, venue, and payment details before confirming a booking.

Open Play and Tournaments

Open Play sessions and tournaments may have eligibility rules, skill requirements, participant limits, registration fees, schedules, and event policies.

Participants must follow the rules of the venue and event organizer.

PICKLE TA BAI may display live scores, brackets, results, rankings, and participant information related to events.

Payments, Fees, Refunds, and Payouts

Payments may be processed using supported payment methods shown on the platform.

Platform fees, booking fees, registration fees, service charges, cancellation charges, and refund rules must be shown before payment where applicable.

Refund eligibility may depend on the booking, venue, organizer, or event cancellation policy.

Court Owners, Hosts, Referees, Coaches, or other qualified users may be entitled to earnings or payouts subject to platform review, applicable fees, account verification, and payout policies.

QR Check-In

Some bookings or events may use QR codes for check-in.

QR codes must not be shared, copied, sold, or transferred unless the platform specifically permits it.

Rankings and Match Results

PICKLE TA BAI may calculate or display player rankings using verified match results and approved ranking rules.

The platform may review, correct, suspend, or remove disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid match results.

User Conduct

Users must not:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Manipulate scores, brackets, rankings, payments, or reviews.
• Use another person's account without permission.
• Upload harmful, illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass platform security or access restrictions.
• Use automated tools to disrupt or misuse the platform.

Court Owner and Host Responsibilities

Court Owners and Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate venue, schedule, pricing, event, capacity, and policy information.

They must honor confirmed bookings and registrations unless cancellation is allowed under the applicable policy.

Reviews and Community Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, messages, profile content, event content, and other materials.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

PICKLE TA BAI may remove content that violates platform rules, applicable law, or the rights of other users.

Suspension and Termination

PICKLE TA BAI may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, payment disputes, unauthorized access, or activities that may harm the platform or its users.

Platform Availability

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, connectivity problems, or events outside reasonable control.

PICKLE TA BAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Responsibility

Court Owners, Hosts, Coaches, Referees, and other service providers may operate independently through the platform.

PICKLE TA BAI provides digital tools that support discovery, booking, communication, payment, event management, scoring, and ranking.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment and follow venue safety requirements when participating in physical activities.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the platform, laws, services, or business processes change.
